Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items eligible for returns or exchanges must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Returns & Exchanges:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process:
- Log in to Your Shaatika.com Account: Navigate to “Track/Return Your Shipment” Section:
- Once logged in, locate the “Track/Return Your Shipment” section in your account dashboard.
Select the Order for Return:
- In the “Track/Return Your Shipment” section, find the order containing the item you wish to return.
Initiate Return Request:
- Click on the respective order and follow the prompts to initiate the return process.
Submit Return Request:
- After providing the necessary information, submit your return request for review.
Review Status of Return:
- Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it promptly.
- You will receive updates on the status of your return via email and in your account dashboard.
Approval and Instructions:
- If your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with shipping the item back to us.
Pack and Ship the Item:
- Carefully pack the item you are returning, ensuring they are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags intact.
- Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to our designated return address.
Return Processing:
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Refund Notification:
- You will receive notification via email once your refund has been processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchange Process:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Select the Order for Exchange:
- In the “Track/Return Your Shipment” section, find the order containing the item you wish to Exchange.
Initiate Exchange Request:
- Click on the respective order and follow the prompts to initiate the Exchange process.
Submit Exchange Request:
- After providing the necessary information, submit your Exchange request for review.
Review Status of Exchange:
- Once your Exchange request is submitted, our team will review it promptly.
- You will receive updates on the status of your Exchange via email and in your account dashboard.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- Provide details and, if possible, attach photos showing the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged or defective item.
