- Orders can be canceled within 2 days of purchase without incurring any cancellation charges.
Cancellation Process:
- Log in to Your Account: Visit Shaatika.com and log in to your account using your username and password.
- Access Your Orders: Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard or the “My Orders” section.
- Select the Order to Cancel: Locate the order you wish to cancel from the list of your recent orders.
- Initiate Cancellation/Return: Click on the order you want to cancel. Look for an option like “Cancel Order.” Click on it to initiate the cancellation process.
- Submit Request: Once you’ve provided the necessary information, submit your cancellation or return request.
- Await Confirmation: After submitting the request, await confirmation from Shaatika.com regarding the cancellation or return. You may receive an email confirming the cancellation or return initiation.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or return approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- In case the order has already been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will not include any shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be subject to deductions based on any processing fees incurred during payment transactions.
